Join head football coach Mark Esch and head strength coach Taylor Moon for this weight room training / camp. Participants will learn movement mechanics and weight room movement patterns that allow them to build upon previous training. If your son is new to the weight room this is an excellent opportunity get him started.
This will be a fast paced, high tempo program that will help acclimate and build upon future weight room commitments. We offered a similar camp this past winter and spring, and our 9th grade came into the summer ready to take it to the next level. This training will build on what was completed these past sessions.
Finally, this training facilitates your athlete's ability to track his progress from the previous season through the spring and into the summer. These are skills they can use for a lifetime.
